There will be many forms of media, including company websites, email accounts, surveillance video, power point docs, etc. to peruse for important information. Divide and conquer is key in your mission.
You take ownership of the Google Sheet, keeping it organized and up to date.
- Communicate holes in your Google Sheet and encourage Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Liaisons to search for answers (i.e. has anyone found tenure information on the board members? Has anyone found log-in credentials for MBI Mail?)
- Encourage your SME to communicate information that they find so you can document findings on the Google Sheet; let them know that they can also populate the GS, especially if they find a large amount of info on a board member.
- Encourage your Liaison(s) to communicate information that they discover from other teams so you can document the findings on the Google Sheet
- You can also search for info yourself as long as you can multi-task (keep your Google Sheet in order) !
